November 1999: Ci version 1.5 ships with accessory and change order module. September 1999: D-Tools introduces QuickLinks, the D-Tools accounting interface at the CEDIA convention. May 1999: Version 1.1 ships. Work begins on a large custom application for rack giant Middle Atlantic Products. March 1999: Ci is selected as one of the best Visio applications of the year and Adam Stone was a featured presenter at Envision, The Visio Solutions Conference in Chicago. January 1999: Ci is introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. November 1998: Ci was awarded one of the prestigious 12 slots in the Microsoft Innovation on Windows Showcase and was prominently featured at winter Comdex in the Microsoft booth. October 1998: D-Tools incorporates in the state of California. Ci ships version 1.0. September 1998: DigiTools Ci is introduced at CEDIA with the support of the Visio corporation and gains immediate industry acceptance. August 1997: Adam Stone, a veteran of the system integration industry,begins work on a Visio based design, engineering, estimating and documentation program called Ci.
