What is data subscription?

D-Tools data subscription provides complete access to D-Tools’ extensive database of over 1 million low-voltage products*, ready for download through System Integrator software. Its purpose is to help eliminate the hassle of data entry and save users valuable time.

As a data subscription member, you will have access to all of our existing data, including extended data (images, brochures and manuals) for all products with this information. Additionally, should you not be able to find what you’re looking for in the existing database, data subscription members can submit a data request and our team will go out and collect the data for you.

*Extended library is only available to users of SIX. Users of previous versions have access to more than 250,000 products. By comparison, non-data subscription users are limited to about 100,000 products.

Which Manufacturers are Available?

There are products from over 4,000 manufacturers in the D-Tools library, representing the A/V, IT, security, lighting, home automation, and low-voltage electrical markets. See our online data library and extended library to get a complete list of all current manufacturers, as they are updated regularly at the request of our users.

Some of the more popular data subscription-exclusive manufacturers available include Sony, Samsung, Apple, Extron, Panasonic, Niles, Sonos, Sharp, LG, Pioneer, Cisco, Honeywell, and many, many others.

How Much Does it Cost?

For most new users of System Integrator, data subscription is included as part of their software assurance program. For those who have opted out of software assurance, data subscription starts at $64.95/month with a 12 month minimum committment.
