The D-Tools Business Manager gives you tools for project management, multiple project reporting, a sales and work order process, work flow management, resource allocation and inventory custody control.

The Business Manager module consists of:

Enterprise Management Control – Users will be able to check their projects in and out across a global network. Reporting can now be aggregated across all projects. Mobile users will be able to seamlessly synchronize any product changes made while off the network.

 

Workflow Management – Project managers will be able to produce sales & work order reports and assign tasks to resources (installers or groups). The workflow portion also comes with a calendaring function that allows multiple projects to be worked on at one time.

 

Revision Management – Business Manager gives you the ability to track project revisions and compare changes to better track project profitability and costs. Track changes from the global project view or drill down to specific equipment or labor changes. 

 

Accounting – Purchase Orders can now be aggregated across projects and managers will be able to run Job Costing reports comparing estimates vs. actuals.
