System Integrator makes it easy to assign tasks to your internal installation and programming teams, schedule those tasks, then communicate those tasks via email, task, or appointment via our integration with Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010*.
From System Integrator's Scheduling Tab you can assign tasks and set your schedule. For each task you can assign resources, add equipment and labor items, and determine estimated costs for each assigned tasks. These estimates can be compared to actuals after the task is complete then reported on for labor and project costing.
Assigned tasks can be tracked via Gantt Chart view. System Integrator makes it easy to track your tasks and check the availability of resources to eliminate over-scheduling. Need to assign a new task to someone out in the field? Choose the resource, assign the task and notify via email, task or appointment via Outlook 2007 or 2010 to any device that can sync with Outlook.
System Integrator's Reporting Center enables you to quickly and easily create Client, Installation, and Management Reports. You can also create customized Orders and Scheduling reports that can be sent directly to Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010. System Integrator comes out-of-the-box with many report templates, and you also create your own with D-Tools Report Designer available in System Integrator.
Here is an example of a purchase order request. The purchase order will show all of the products by manufacturer that need to be ordered for the project. Once the products have been purchased you can create a pick list for products to be pulled from inventory and delivered to the job site. This report is generated from the same project data used for the proposal and system drawings.
Other useful management reports such as "Gross Profit", "Detail Cost Summary", and "Project Hours" reports are all available and can be filtered by a number of variables, such as location, manufacturer, phase, and zone. These reports can help better manage your time and resources and identify any potential problem areas.
