Data Search Database Terms and Conditions

Database License Agreement
Use of the data in the D-Tools, Inc. Data Search database is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Rights in Data: D-Tools, Inc. is providing limited access to the data contained in this database (the "Data") under the licensed described below.  Except for the limited use rights granted through this license, all right, title and interest in the Data are and will continue to be the exclusive property of D-Tools, Inc. and its licensors.

Registered Users Only:  In order to view or use the Data, you must have registered as a D-Tools, Inc. customer with an appropriate password for the “D-Tools Web User Log On” section of the D-Tools, Inc. www site.  Such authorized customers are referred to as "Licensees or Licensee."

Limited License:  D-Tools, Inc. hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the Data solely for use with D-Tools, Inc. applications and for no other purpose.  This license does not include the right to copy, download, install or store the Data.

Limitations:  No person or entity who does not qualify as a Licensee under the above definition may access the Data or use the Data for any purpose.  With respect to Licensees: Except as expressly provided in this License Agreement, Licensee may not copy, download, store, publish, transmit, transfer, sell or otherwise use the Data, or any portion of the Data, in any form or by any means. Data shall not be stored or used in an archival database or other searchable database except as part of the D-Tools, Inc.  application. Licensee shall not sell, license or distribute Data (including printouts and Downloaded Data) to third parties or use Data as a component of or as a basis for any material offered for sale, license or distribution.
