Mark Pover has over 30 years of Entrepreneurial Experience as a CPA, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operational Officer. Mark has provided strategic operational and financial leadership in a variety of industries, including the software development industry; Higher-Education, CyberSecurity, Entertainment and Video Game industry; Incentive Marketing industry; Advanced Technology industry, eCommerce and the Financial Technology & Services industry. Mark serves as a board member and advisor for various technology and media companies.

Mark is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and former partner of a top ten public accounting firm in Michigan. Mark has his Masters of Science degree in International Management and Business Operations from Walsh and his Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.

Mason founded Greybull Stewardship in 2010 based on the belief that proven small businesses with growth potential are often overlooked by traditional investors. Inspired by long-term value creation, Mason built his career as both an investor and operator. After participating in two IPOs and earning his MBA from Harvard Business School, he acquired and led National Holistic Institute, growing it from a single-location school into a multi-campus vocational institution with a national presence. As a former CEO, Mason brings an operator's mindset to investing, focused on preserving culture, strengthening leadership, and building durable, long-term value across Greybull's portfolio companies.

John is a seasoned enterprise software executive and former CEO of Radient Systems and Snap One, with a strong track record of scaling technology businesses and creating shareholder value. He led Radient through its public offering and subsequent $1.3 billion acquisition by NCR, positioning the company for long-term growth and market expansion. Throughout his career, John has focused on operational discipline, strategic execution, and building leadership teams capable of driving sustained performance. A graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Georgia, he also brings extensive governance experience, having served on the boards of companies including Manhattan Associates and Dinova, LLC.
