The Seabird Resort Takes Flight with Atlas+Fyne IsoFlare™ Premium In-Ceiling Loudspeakers

Management wanted “to get the activity level up” in The Shore Room, so they contacted David Schwartz, Founder and President of Essential Communications, to improve the audio. Extend USB 3.0 signals up to 100 meters
Connect a host computer to USB peripherals up to 100 meters (328 feet) away. Eaton’s Tripp Lite series HDBaseT-USB3 over Cat6a extender kit (BHDBT3-USB) allows a host computer to connect to four USB peripherals, such as USB cameras, touchscreens, security devices and storage devices, over Cat6a cable. The long range of the extender kit (transmitter and receiver) provides flexibility in placing devices in conference rooms, lecture halls and other large spaces.

Enhanced data transfer
This HDBaseT-USB3 extension kit uses a Valens chipset to provide a modern solution to USB extension. It supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps and is backward compatible with previous USB generations. FSYNC GPIO support ensures frame-accurate timing and reliable control over a single Cat6a cable to keep cameras and devices in perfect sync. The kit also supports RS-232 passthrough.

Power over Cable (PoC)
Bi-directional 24V Power over Cable (PoC) simplifies installations by removing the need for an AC outlet at both ends. The included power supply connects to either the transmitter or the receiver, powering the entire installation from one end over Cat6a cable.

Easy plug-and-play installation
The extender kit does not require software or drivers for installation. The transmitter and receiver wall mount with the included brackets. Power adapters are included for use in North America, Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom.

EVELYN, located in Dallas’s fashionable Design District, is a dining and nightlife concept created by Reach Hospitality that breaks the mold of traditional steakhouses. Designed by experiential firm ICRAVE with soft blush tones, suede-wrapped walls and artwork featuring women in motion, the venue engages every sense. Delivering on that vision required a sound system as flexible and immersive as the design. Dallas-based Bespoke Technology Group led the audiovisual design and installation, prioritizing audio and acoustics as the most critical element. “One of the main challenges came from the interior designer, who opposed visible speakers,” said Phil Ayache, president of Bespoke Technology Group. “That’s where our partnership with 1 Sound proved invaluable.”

To power the ambitious audio design, Bespoke Technology Group used Powersoft’s Quattrocanali and Duecanali Series amplifiers with DSP and Dante integration. “Lou from 1 Sound told us, ‘Just buy the amps – they’re the best out there,’” said Ayache. “They perform flawlessly and I never have to worry about reliability.” Ayache also praised Powersoft’s customer service, describing engineers’ support during urgent issues. Every surface in EVELYN was engineered to absorb sound while the audiovisual system supported different musical environments. “Each room is acoustically isolated with double walls, insulation and Z-channels,” said Ayache. Bespoke Technology Group even installed 1 Sound 310 subs in the ceiling with custom brackets and flush mounting. With creative freedom from Reach Hospitality and reliable partners in 1 Sound and Powersoft, Bespoke Technology Group delivered a discreet, powerful system built to perform across EVELYN’s intimate piano performances and bass-heavy DJ nights.
