Driven by steady demand for professional technology expertise in residential smart home, security and commercial AV markets, the average systems integration company experienced solid growth in 2025, but the D-Tools data reveals the growth is not uniform across the entire dealer community.

The data was drawn from 90,547 contracts and 250,112 proposals in D-Tools Cloud in 2025 created only by integrators that were fully using the D-Tools Cloud platform for the full year of 2024 and 2025.

The results suggest a widening bifurcation of “haves vs. have-nots” in the market across all strata, from small integrators to those with more than $5 million in sales. Additionally, the average number of annual signed contracts per integrator rose along with the average contract value. However, the average gross profit margin per integration company fell in 2025 versus the previous year.
