Sub-Processors

D-Tools, Inc. (“D-Tools”) uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing the D-Tools Services as described in the Terms of Service(“ToS”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Privacy Policy www.d-tools.com/privacy-policy/ or in the ToS.

What is a Sub-processor:

A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by D-Tools, including entities from within D-Tools, who have or potentially will have access to or process Personal Information. D-Tools engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below. Third parties who are utilized in connection with the Services but do not have access to or process your Personal Information are not considered sub-processors.

Due Diligence:

D-Tools undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or process your Personal Information.
