For John Cappuccio, Operations Manager at Techifi, taking over operations meant untangling a mess of disconnected software. "We came to the D-Tools user conference to network with other AV integrators, hear how they're running their business, and get deeper insights into the D-Tools platform, where it's going, and how that will affect our business in the future," Cappuccio says. "It's been great."
