Las Vegas hit triple digits all week, but the hottest spot at InfoComm 2026 was Booth C9012. D-Tools, the Integration Business Platform for the technology integration industry, used the three-day show to unveil new capabilities across its System Integrator (SI) and D-Tools Cloud platforms, collect two industry awards, and host its much-anticipated Happy Hour. The exhibit drew steady crowds for demos, games, and prize giveaways while reinforcing the company’s mission to help AV integrators streamline operations, improve collaboration, and scale with confidence.
Demos and Product Roadmap
At the Las Vegas Convention Center from June 17–19, D-Tools demonstrated a clear technology roadmap built to support integrators at every stage of growth. Attendees saw live demos of the company’s flagship on-premises solution, System Integrator (SI) v24, designed for larger and more complex firms, alongside web-based D-Tools Cloud, built for mobile, field-driven teams and growing integration businesses.
A major highlight was the debut of D-Tools Cloud’s new Inventory Asset Management feature, designed to transform how pro AV integrators track physical hardware throughout the project lifecycle. Rather than aggregating products into simple inventory counts, the system assigns every physical asset its own digital identity—capturing serial number, warehouse location, project assignment, actual unit cost, firmware version, MAC and IP addresses, and a complete change history. The result is end-to-end asset visibility from receiving and warehouse management through installation and ongoing service.
D-Tools Cloud also showcased expanded AI-driven functionality aimed at reducing the manual workload tied to proposal creation and project management.
On the SI side, v24 introduced two long-requested features: multi-user project editing and a native Mobile Install App. Multi-user project editing lets sales, design, engineering, and installation teams work simultaneously within the same project file, eliminating sequential check-outs, version conflicts, and bottlenecks. Changes save automatically to the server in real time so everyone stays in sync from kickoff through completed installation.
The new SI Mobile Install App gives field technicians real-time, offline access to service orders, tasks, schedules, site documentation, and project details directly from their mobile devices—keeping teams productive and accountable from anywhere.

Inventory Asset Management earned D-Tools Cloud two prestigious industry awards at the show.
Commercial Integrator magazine honored D-Tools Cloud with its BEST (Best Electronic Systems Technology) Award for Business Software. The BEST Awards recognize the most innovative and impactful products, services, and companies across the commercial AV industry, with winners selected by an independent panel of industry expert judges evaluating exceptional innovation, functionality, and installer benefits.
AVTechnology Magazine separately recognized Inventory Asset Management with its InfoComm Best of Show Award in the AV Technology category. These awards are evaluated by anonymous industry consultants—AV/IT managers, directors, engineers, and integrators—chosen for their expertise in each product category.
Happy Hour: Prizes, Games, and Popcorn
D-Tools mixed in some fun alongside the product announcements. The company’s much-anticipated Happy Hour drew long lines of integrators eager to grab popcorn—sponsored by distributor Midwich—and play Plinko for a chance to win one of 33 prizes valued at more than $6,400. Products were provided by D-Tools i3 Partner Program members including Symetrix, Aurora Multimedia, Ethereal, Windy City Wire, Ring, TrendNet, NICE, and FSR.
