Our experienced Professional Services Consultants’ primary objective is ensuring that all aspects of training and implementation are consistent and effective to help with your company’s overall success.
Introducing our PSC’s:
Eduardo Voloch is a Software Engineer, Integrations & Implementation Solutions Manager. He currently works on the development of integration solutions and implementation of engineering-businesses processes and design techniques using the D-Tools software and its integration capabilities. Additionally, Eduardo was instrumental in developing and enhancing our support department starting in 2012 as a Support Technician and was soon promoted to D-Tools Support Manager in 2014. His dedication to customer success, Eduardo was promoted to the Professional Services Department in 2016 and has performed over 100 successful onsite trainings since his transition to a Professional Services Consultant, establishing business processes and effectively implementing D-Tools System Integrator software in some very unique companies. Also, in 2016, Eduardo joined the Development Team with the specialty of API & Third-Party Integrations Manager. He has successfully managed to develop integrations with some of the industry’s top companies including ConnectWise, Salesforce, Hedberg, ProjX360, Domotz and TCD. When Eduardo isn’t working with our customers and integration partners, he enjoys aviation, model aviation, drones and academic research in Abstraction & Mathematical Modeling.

Kevin Frye has been working in the audiovisual industry since 1995 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. His early experience was focused on high-end mobile electronics. He later joined Charles M. Salter Associates, a San Francisco audiovisual and acoustical consulting firm. At Salter, Kevin supported a large team of engineers with design development on projects including houses of worship, corporate campuses, conference centers, restaurants, production studios and large-scale government visualization labs.
During the same period, Kevin worked in live event production, where he designed audio, video and lighting for events. He was also responsible for event recording, editing and radio broadcast.
After leaving the City in 2004, Kevin transitioned to system integration, helping several Bay Area integrators with design, project management, programming and IT services. This is where Kevin first started using D-Tools software. He planned and executed D-Tools implementations for two integration firms and wrote custom software solutions that facilitate data sharing between applications.
In 2015 Kevin joined D-Tools to launch the Professional Services Group where he hosts regional training events in the U.S. and internationally. Kevin leads efforts to design training courses, create curriculum, write training guides, and develop software solutions that allow D-Tools to deliver effective learning opportunities to customers.
Kevin resides in southern Colorado where he enjoys home improvement projects, hiking and spending time with his family.
Doug Clemens is an AV, low-voltage, automation, and integration industry veteran having worked in the profession for over 22 years in both the residential and commercial sectors. He has extensive experience working in multiple areas of the business including ownership, sales, design, project management, programming, installation, operations, procurement, and consulting. Along with being a certified programmer and designer, Doug is also a long-tenured user of D-Tools software having started with System Integrator back in 2003 and is a firm believer, via his own experience, that training is key to being successful with the SI solution. He also has an extensive background in both AV and live music production and performance. Based out of our Atlanta office, Doug lives with his family in the North Atlanta metro area and holds an undergraduate degree from a local university – Kennesaw State.
