Ron Wanless knows that routine of running a custom integration business. As the owner of Technology Design Associates (TDA) in Bend, Oregon, and he has spent about 43 years in the industry. Wanless also lauds D-Tools’ support team.
"One thing about D-Tools Cloud has been that the support team has been excellent in following up and everything that we have an issue with. Everybody knows that software is never perfect. Things get broken, but they're very good and very quick about resolving those issues. So, it's made our life a lot easier than trying to chase down all the challenges,” he explains.
